Mr. Olu Fagbemi

Executive Chairman

Mr. Olu Fagbemi is a graduate of Politics and International Relations from Coventry University. He did his postgraduate studies in War and Strategy at
Kings College, London. He is also an alumnus of Wharton Business School, Philadelphia.

As the Executive Chairman, he provides the overall leadership and direction for the group. He is responsible for driving the long-range strategic planning process, develop the group's business plan and ensure implementation of required action plan / activities to achieve the group's business objectives.

He drives the group's portfolio strategies through the expansion of current businesses, development of new and complementary businesses based on integration and taking advantage of opportunities synergy. He is also responsible for monitoring marketing activities for all businesses within the group.

As the Executive Chairman of the Group, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to bear on the strategic implementation of the company's objectives.
