Mr. Osagie O. Imasogie

Prior to joining the group, Mr. Imasogie has worked in various capacities as Director, Vice President or Partner in various multinationals such as Glaxo Smithkline, Smithline Beecham Corporation, Endo Pharmaceuticals Incorporation and Price Waterhouse etc.

He has over 20 Years of professional experience in business and law covering the health care / pharmaceutical Industry, Corporate law, Intellectual Property, International Business and Financial Consulting.

Mr. Imasogie, who is a member of the New York State bar, holds postgraduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and from the London School of Economics. He is happily married and lives in the U.K.

He joined the group as Executive Director (Corporate Affairs). He is responsible for external maximization of the group's Research & Development as well as Overseas business development.
